Cacao & Chocolate

We are a single estate farm and members and associates of Guardabosques de la Sierra, Sierra Nevada origin. 

We are very fond of the taste of our cacaos. Our local varieties at Sierra Nevada are interesting and complex in flavour as well as our history.
