Carolina is an IICCT Certified Cacao Evaluator and Flavour Profiling (L1&2) and a former public policy maker and practitioner. She holds an MSc in Social Policy and Development from the London School of Economics (LSE) and a BA in Political Science from La Universidad de los Andes, Colombia.
Carolina also has experience in the retail business - high quality foods, loves selling chocolates, leads tastings and is the happiest when she is at the farm, and at the fermentation and drying centre working alongside farmers.

Juan was born in a Kogui community in la Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta.
Along with his family, Juan is looking after the forest and the cacao growing in it.

Silvia Tibaduiza

Silvia is a an anthropologist and psychologist from Universidad de los Andes and has a PhD in psychology from La Universidad del Norte, Colombia.
Silvia has extensive knowledge of the origin and the region of La Sierra Nevada. She has immersed herself in the forest looking for the rarest cacaos and working with the local communities. Silvia is the representative of La Sierra in Barranquilla, Colombia.
Inder P. S. Sood

Single and special origins, good ingredients and 'terroirs' - the urban environment and its local community - literature - India.
Inder has a BA in Economics from Jesus College, University of Cambridge, and an MSc in Anthropology & Development from the London School of Economics (LSE).
Inder is a practitioner of urban development in London, and has experience of working in India.
Inder is the Finance Director of La Sierra's London operations, and is the happiest catching the waves and winds by Colombia's Caribbean coast.
